We are a premium Swedish brand launched in 2019 that combines contemporary design with the latest innovations in vegan-sustainable materials.  Our hand crafted collections are produced in small limited batches and include items made from unique sources like apple leather and up-cycled plastic ocean waste.

At the core of our philosophy is circular economy, where we’ve meticulously crafted materials and products to ensure everything follows this principle. This means all our products are fully recyclable.

Our manufacturing takes place in ethical factories in Portugal which are closely monitored by our in house quality control team to ensure the highest quality and environmental standards are met. 

Humans Are Vain was born from a rebellion against fast fashion norms. Co-founder Chris Margetts, disillusioned with the industry, used his experience to start a brand aligned with his values. Since our launch in November 2019, we’ve grown, spreading our vegan sustainable products globally. Our journey is a testament to the power of a single vision to transform an industry.
